CHILLI CHICKEN
Easy to make chicken recipe at home

Ingredients:
1.
½ kg chicken breasts
2.
½ teaspoon pepper
3.
1 egg, beaten
4.
¾ cup flour (100 g)
5.
1 red pepper, sliced
6.
1 teaspoon salt
7.
1 green pepper, sliced
8.
Chilli Sauce
9.
3 cloves garlic cloves, crushed
10.
3 tablespoons soy sauce
11.
2 tablespoons tomato puree
12.
1 red chilli, chopped
Do It Yourself:
1.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
2.
Cut the chicken into thin strips then coat in the egg wash and
flour.
3.
Shallow fry for a few minutes on each side, until golden brown.
4.
Add the peppers and fry for another couple of minutes. Remove
the chicken and peppers and set aside.
5.
In the same pan, add the garlic, red chilli, soy sauce, tomato
purée, and water. Stir and simmer the mixture reduces and is thick and syrupy.
6.
Add back in the chicken and peppers and stir well in the sauce.
7.
Serve with rice.
